About Us

Bilingual Resources was founded by Sandra Olmedo, a Human Resources Professional.  She is a native of Quito, Ecuador.  

Prior to founding Bilingual Resources Group, Sandra worked on developing and implemeting recruiting programs for Lowe's Home Centers and Home Depot during and after hurricane Katrina.  In this capacity, she re-staffed the New Orleans Market Stores hiring over 600 associates.  She recruited Master Plumbers, Master Electricians and construction workers.  She helped facilitate communications and understanding by interpreting for meetings and conducting internal investigations with non-English speaking employees.  She has worked for ARAMARK at University of Alabama as Human Resources Manager as well as Lowe's and Home Depot. 

Our Instructors, interpreters and translators are seasoned professionals with years of experience working with the target language. 

Our staff is well-versed in a range of professions, including areas such as business, medicine, health and social services, marketing, advertising, finance, education, tourism, and government.
